General Conditions
Eligibility – Offers are open to new and existing patients unless stated otherwise.
Clinical Suitability – A dentist or oral health therapist will first assess whether the service or treatment is appropriate for your individual needs.
Validity – Offers are available for a limited time and may be changed or withdrawn without notice.
Non-Transferable – Offers cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another person, or combined with any other promotion unless specified.
Health Funds – “No Gap” offers apply only if your private health insurance covers the relevant item numbers and you have sufficient benefits remaining. Where health fund benefits do not fully cover costs, a gap payment will apply.

Fee does not include diagnostic X-rays or other treatments, which may be recommended if clinically appropriate.
